預約前請提供目的地、簽證類別、官方體檢要求、指定表格及提交期限。部分簽證只接受指定醫生或認可機構的體檢；請先向相關領事館或移民部門核實，並由職員確認本中心能否承辦或需另作轉介。未確認前，請勿把一般健康檢查當作符合簽證要求的體檢。Before booking, provide the destination, visa category, official medical requirements, forms and deadline. Some visas require a designated panel physician or approved facility. Verify the requirements with the relevant consulate or immigration authority and ask staff whether the clinic can undertake the examination or a referral is needed. A general health check must not be assumed to satisfy visa requirements.
