向醫生提問及網上預約Ask a Doctor and appointment requests
「向醫生提問」、WhatsApp、電郵及網站表格屬查詢渠道，並非即時診症，亦不會自動建立診症或處方安排。職員會先接收查詢；是否需要診症、檢查或其他跟進，須另行確認。預約須由診所職員確認醫護人員、地點、日期及時間，填寫表格或送出訊息不等於已保留時段。Ask a Doctor, WhatsApp, email and website forms are enquiry channels, not live consultations or automatic arrangements for care or prescribing. Staff receive enquiries first; any consultation, examination or follow-up requires confirmation. Clinic staff must confirm the professional, location, date and time. Completing a form or sending a message does not reserve a slot.
緊急情況Emergencies
如有嚴重胸痛、呼吸困難、失去知覺或其他緊急情況，請立即尋求急症協助，不要等待網站、WhatsApp 或電郵回覆。For severe chest pain, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness or another emergency, seek emergency medical assistance immediately rather than waiting for a website, WhatsApp or email reply.
服務、收費及保險Services, fees and insurance
晴朗商場診所現正提供服務；煥然壹居診所即將投入服務。請向所選診所確認最新醫護名單、應診時間、服務供應、收費及報告安排。營養、臨床心理及簽證體檢的查詢頁面，不代表所有服務已在每個地點提供。保險卡適用服務、保障範圍、共付額、預先批核及直接結算安排，須按個別保單及診所確認。Ching Long Clinic is open; the De Novo Clinic is upcoming. Confirm current clinicians, sessions, service availability, fees and reporting arrangements with your chosen clinic. Dietetics, clinical psychology and visa-medical enquiry pages do not mean all services are available at every location. Insurance eligibility, coverage, co-payments, prior authorisation and direct billing depend on the individual policy and clinic confirmation.

請勿在一般查詢中傳送身份證號碼、完整保險卡資料、完整病歷或他人的私人資料。網站上的訊息整理表格不提供病歷儲存或上載服務；您選擇以 WhatsApp 或電郵送出後，內容由相關平台處理。Google 地圖、WhatsApp 及其他外部服務有各自的使用及私隱條款。Do not send identity numbers, full insurance card details, complete medical records or another person’s private information through general enquiries. The website’s message-preparation forms do not provide medical-record storage or uploads. When you choose to send through WhatsApp or email, the respective platform handles the content. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms and privacy policies.
