什麼是鼻腔清洗器？它如何工作？What is a nasal rinsing device and how does it work?
鼻腔清洗器是一種醫療工具，使用生理食鹽水（鹽水）輕輕清潔鼻腔。該設備將等張生理食鹽水導入一個鼻孔，流經鼻腔和鼻竇，然後從另一個鼻孔或嘴巴流出，帶走細菌、灰塵、花粉和其他過敏原。這種簡單而有效的物理清潔方法有助於恢復鼻腔濕潤度並改善鼻腔氣流功能。A nasal rinsing device is a medical tool that uses saline solution (salt water) to gently clean the nasal cavity. The device delivers isotonic saline solution into one nostril, which flows through the nasal passages and sinuses, then exits from the other nostril or mouth, carrying away bacteria, dust, pollen, and other allergens. This simple yet effective physical cleaning method helps restore nasal moisture and improves nasal airway function.
鼻腔清洗的用水及器具清潔要注意甚麼？What should I know about water safety and device cleaning?
按CDC指引，洗鼻應使用蒸餾水、無菌水，或煮沸後冷卻的水，不能直接使用未處理自來水。配製鹽水及清潔、乾燥器具請按醫護及產品指示。是否適合兒童、手術後或有其他鼻腔疾病的人士，應先查詢。CDC advises distilled or sterile water, or water that has been boiled and cooled, rather than untreated tap water. Follow healthcare and manufacturer instructions for saline preparation and cleaning and drying the device. Ask about suitability for children, after surgery or with other nasal conditions.
洗鼻後如出現頭痛、發燒、嘔吐或意識混亂，應即時求醫。Seek immediate assessment for headache, fever, vomiting or confusion after nasal rinsing.
