確認醫生與時間Confirm the clinician & session
預約時說明希望的醫生、服務及日期，核對實際應診時間。診所營業時間與個別醫生當值時間可能不同。State your preferred clinician, service and date. Clinic hours and clinician sessions may differ.
查看團隊及地點Clinicians & locations帶備相關資料Bring useful information
帶備身份證明、目前藥物與過敏資料、相關報告或轉介信。兒童可帶健康及接種紀錄；特殊檢查的準備請先確認。Bring identification, medicines and allergy details, reports or referrals. For children, bring health and vaccination records; confirm preparation for booked tests.

離開前確認用藥指示、報告解釋、覆診或轉介安排。收費、醫療卡或醫療券適用情況，請向所選診所查詢。Before leaving, clarify medicines, results, review or referrals. Ask your chosen clinic about fees, cards or vouchers.
完整常見問題Complete FAQ如有嚴重胸痛、呼吸困難、失去知覺或其他緊急情況，請致電999或前往急症室。For severe chest pain, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness or another emergency, call 999 or attend an emergency department.

付款方式及到訪協助Payment & access
本中心接受醫療保險卡、信用卡、電子支付及現金付款。使用醫療保險卡時，請帶備有效保險卡及身份證明，並在預約時提供保險公司及計劃名稱。適用服務、保障範圍、共付額、預先批核及直接結算安排，須按個別保險計劃及診所確認。We accept medical insurance cards, credit cards, electronic payments and cash. If using a medical insurance card, bring your valid card and identification, and provide your insurer and plan when booking. Eligible services, coverage, co-payments, prior authorisation and direct billing arrangements depend on your plan and must be confirmed with the clinic.
輪椅使用者Wheelchair users
本中心可供輪椅使用者到診。如需輪椅通道指引、陪診或其他協助，請在預約時通知所選診所，讓職員協助安排。嬰兒車、語言協助及其他個別設施，請先向診所查詢。Wheelchair access is available. If you need wheelchair route guidance, a companion or other assistance, tell your chosen clinic when booking so staff can help with arrangements. Please enquire in advance about pushchair access, language assistance and other specific facilities.
