按個人需要選擇健康檢查Choose screening for your needs

可查詢基本健康檢查、男士及婦女檢查、婚前檢查、外傭身體檢查、兒童健康評估及按風險安排的癌症篩查。項目應按年齡、性別、病歷、家族史及風險選擇，而非單純按檢查數量決定。Enquire about general, men’s, women’s, pre-marital, domestic-helper and child assessments, and risk-based cancer screening. Tests should reflect age, sex, personal and family history and risks, rather than the largest package.

常見評估項目Common assessment components

• 醫生諮詢、血壓、身高、體重、BMI及腰圍Consultation, blood pressure, height, weight, BMI and waist measurements
• 血糖或按評估安排的糖化血色素、血脂及血液常規Glucose or assessed HbA1c, lipids and blood count
• 肝腎功能及尿液檢查（按需要）Liver, kidney and urine investigations where indicated
• 心電圖、X光或超聲波（按需要及可用安排）ECG, X-ray or ultrasound where appropriate and available
• 按年齡與風險選擇癌症篩查Age- and risk-appropriate cancer screening
• 視力、聽力、骨質、情緒、用藥及疫苗紀錄評估（按需要）Vision, hearing, bone, mental health, medicine and vaccination review where indicated

抽血前後及樣本收集Blood tests & specimen preparation

請先確認禁食、飲水及用藥指示；不是所有檢查都需要禁食。若曾暈針或暈血，請告知職員。抽血後按醫護指示輕壓針口，如仍出血或不適請即告知。Confirm fasting, water and medicine instructions; not all tests require fasting. Tell staff about previous fainting. Apply pressure afterwards as instructed and report ongoing bleeding or feeling unwell.

尿液或大便檢驗需使用指定容器並按該項檢查指示收集。尿液是否需中段樣本、大便的份量及送達時限，請向診所核實；不同檢驗要求可不同。Use the container and instructions for the particular urine or stool test. Confirm whether midstream urine is needed and the sample amount and delivery time; requirements differ.

報告與跟進Results & follow-up

檢查後應安排解釋報告，了解結果的意義、限制及是否需要進一步檢查。正常篩查不等於排除所有疾病；已有症狀應獨立評估。Arrange a results discussion to understand findings, limitations and any further steps. Normal screening does not rule out every illness; symptoms require separate assessment.
