普通科是處理常見健康問題的初步求醫點，涵蓋評估、診斷、治療、預防保健及慢性疾病跟進。醫生會根據症狀、病歷、用藥及臨床檢查，與您討論合適的安排。General practice is an initial point of care for common concerns, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and chronic condition follow-up. Recommendations depend on symptoms, history, medicines and examination.

• 發燒、咳嗽、喉嚨痛、流鼻水及流感樣症狀Fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose and flu-like symptoms
• 鼻敏感、過敏症狀、皮疹、濕疹、暗瘡及真菌感染Rhinitis, allergic symptoms, rashes, eczema, acne and fungal skin concerns
• 頭痛、頭暈、疲倦、肌肉痛及關節不適Headache, dizziness, fatigue, muscle and joint symptoms
• 腹痛、嘔吐、腹瀉、便秘及腸胃不適Abdominal symptoms, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation
• 常見眼耳不適、小便不適及輕微傷口Common eye, ear and urinary symptoms and minor wounds
• 兒童、婦女及男士常見健康問題Common children’s, women’s and men’s health concerns
• 高血壓、糖尿病及高膽固醇跟進Reviews for hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol

診症流程及轉介Consultation pathway & referrals

登記及提供病歷 → 醫生問診 → 所需身體檢查 → 評估及處理建議 → 按需要安排化驗、覆診或轉介。實際流程視乎個人情況。病情需要專科或醫院設施時，醫生會提供相應建議。Registration and history → consultation → examination where needed → assessment and plan → investigations, review or referral where appropriate. The pathway varies; specialist or hospital assessment may be recommended.

醫療報告、證明及其他支援Reports, certificates & other support

可按臨床評估查詢入職或入學檢查、傷患評估、醫療證明、公司醫療及適合情況的視像診症。非緊急外訪視乎醫生安排、地點及初步資料；是否接受、時間及收費須預先確認。本中心不提供牙科服務。Subject to assessment, enquire about employment or school checks, injury assessments, certificates, corporate healthcare and suitable video consultations. Non-emergency home visits depend on doctor availability, location and preliminary information; acceptance, timing and fees require confirmation. Dental services are not provided.
