症狀與檢測一起評估Assess symptoms alongside tests

鼻敏感、皮膚症狀及部分與食物或環境接觸相關的不適，可先由醫生了解病史、接觸與症狀時間，再選擇適合的檢查。不是所有不適都由過敏引起。A clinician can assess rhinitis, skin symptoms and possible food or environmental reactions by reviewing history, exposure and timing before selecting tests. Not every symptom is caused by allergy.

按病情可討論指定IgE或環境致敏原檢測等安排。結果須與病史結合，陽性結果不一定等同臨床過敏。食物IgG檢測不建議用作診斷食物過敏或食物不耐受，不能單憑報告大幅戒口。Selected specific-IgE or environmental allergen testing may be discussed when indicated. Results require clinical interpretation; sensitisation is not always clinical allergy. Food IgG panels are not recommended for diagnosing food allergy or intolerance and should not guide broad food exclusions.
