如何安排？How it works
- 選擇診所及問題類別，簡述想了解的主題。Choose a clinic and question category, then briefly describe your topic.
- 開啟 WhatsApp 並自行送出，或致電相關診所。Open WhatsApp and send the message yourself, or call the relevant clinic.
- 由職員先接收及協助安排；醫生會按情況決定是否需親身診症或檢查。Staff receive the enquiry and help arrange the next step. A doctor determines whether a consultation or examination is needed.
此渠道不是即時醫生對話，亦不代表已確認預約。個別診斷、處方、藥物調整及醫療文件須經適當醫療評估；是否可透過訊息回覆、所需時間及收費，請向診所確認。This is not a live doctor chat or a confirmed appointment. Individual diagnosis, prescribing, medicine changes and medical documents require appropriate clinical assessment. Ask the clinic whether a message reply is possible, its timing and any fees.
